"No words can describe how wonderful our experience was at this hotel after Murdeira Village resort cancelled our booking on arrival, Robinson Resort were so incredibly kind and helpful and treated us like royalty after a stressful experience we had and they went out of their way to accommodate to the situation we were in during the fully booked Christmas period and made our Christmas so memorable. "We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use."
