"This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever! I booked this hotel to experience Japanese onsen for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I would try to do onsen early morning and late at night. You walk around barefoot or with socks and wearing the lounge clothes they give you. I felt like I was at home. The amenities like the free late night ramen and the ice cream at the onsen were much appreciated. The breakfast is an amazing Japanese style breakfast that is well worth it. I will stay here again one day!"

"Great receptionist -- I had lost my backpack on the skyliner and the receptionist (didn't get her name) helped me contact the station to get it back! I was able to head over and retrieve my belongings. While the room is a bit cramped, the hotel has all the required amenities and is as expected for a budget stay that's not a hotel. The location itself is alright. If you're looking to stay in Asakusa, then look no further. But, if you're looking for somewhere more lively at night with more convenient access to other parts of Tokyo, then perhaps consider another area."

"Very friendly and helpful staff even with various requests for amenities and luggage delivery/transport services using my limited Japanese and google translate. Key return system is a bit tedious if just going out to the nearby convenience store but the staff is always there and they're very attentive so it's not a huge flaw. Bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance and there is one going opposite direction towards downtown with many good shopping and food places right across the street corner next to the convenience store. Cleaning is only once every 3 days but that's more than plenty. You are provided fresh towels outside your room every day and they helpfully empty your trash if you leave it out as well. Overall lovely experience and would return in the future for low cost comparable to AirBnB while providing far superior accommodation and service."
