"Hotel was good overall, but everything in the bathroom was rough, for example the shower head would stay up, and the sink was handle was extremely stiff. Also I could hear everything around me, like people walking up the stairs. "

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for...

"The service was excellent, the view from the balcony was awesome and good breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are dated and you can hear the cleaning crew in the morning. There's renovations going on right now."

"Close to station. Nice breakfast. Small room, 1/4 of the floor space taken up by big box. Very small bathroom, awkward to access small shower. Online pictures make it look better than it is."
