"I stayed for a night with my adult son. Location is walkable to the arena where we watched Disney On Ice. We got here early in the morning and couldn’t check-in yet. We were able to store our luggages with the hotel. The free service enabled us to explore IKEA, MOA & get breakfast nearby after a long flight. "

"Rothmans is in the middle of Korea Town, Ermita, so lot of Korean restaurants nearby, but close to Robinsons Place mall, with plenty of choice for eating. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and a good size for the price. Its an old building but well maintained. For us a new year staycation, but a good hotel for anyone who needs to be in Manila."

"Very new hotel. Only more than a year since it opened. Staff are nice and very respectful. Breakfast buffet is so good. Housekeeping acts quickly when we request items we need. Walking distance to SM Aura and Market Market. The things I didn’t like are: parking too small. Surrounding kind of noisy as the hotel is located on a busiest location. Pedestrians are at risk when crossing as there are a lot of motorcyclists and cars and so traffic all day. There’s a security manning the...

"OK. There was construction outside the property. Apartments were a little limited. Balcony was not a balcony that you could use. "

"A very good hotel in a great location near Robinsons mall, very clean room and friendly staff with a good attitude. We were in room 907, our cleaner did a great job. We loved the bonus buffet breakfast on Xmas morning, especially the home made longanissa, thank you to Felix in the restaurant who was very helpful and friendly and also Dana in reservations for helping with our booking requests. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila. I hope we can come back again...

"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct. They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen."
