"Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the manager & a Staff member due to their improper communication let me down badly - I was made to believe that I would be arranged with another room after I decided to extend my stay, but on the day, they ended saying the hotel was full & I had no option but to go stay in different hotel for 3 nights/4 days. It was a bad exit "

"Location is 20-30 mins drive away from Almaty International Airport. A bit far from the centre of Almaty but Yandex taxi is pretty accessible from the hotel and can easily get you around. "I needed to be close to KazNU and this was walking distance. It faces a nice open area next to great walking park. Food and mall close by. It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits."

"Inside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasn’t the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. "

"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."
