"Nice place, nice area. Was quiet at night, some reviews say it is too noisy. The only glaring fault is lack of wifi. There are 4 possible connections on two pieces of paper, which is purely theoretical. None of them work. "There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building. "

"Not sure if there was confusion with my booking but my room for the first night was disappointing. However, I was able to get into another cottage the following morning for the rest of my stay, which was much nicer, especially the bathroom. My booking included free breakfasts so that was nice. I opted with the American breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, and toast. Overall, a quiet and chill place with easy access to dive shops and the nightlife. "
