"Nice property. Very small. Smelled old and musty but felt clean. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly! Wish there was more food options but Venice is full of food so it wasn't too challenging. One thing i really wish is that there was more decoration or home touches to the place. "The hotel is on the main boulevard in Lido, close to the beach and close to the Lido's water bus station. it is absolutely convenient. We were worried if we could hear the street noise at night but it was very quiet as the room was at the back, away from the street. The bathroom was very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. "
