"Pods are very good, feel spacious enough and private. Staff very nice. Only problem I had was that you get a bit of a glow through from the main room light so I wouldn't recommend it if you find it hard to sleep when there's light."

"2023/12/12〜12/15まで3泊４日で利用しました。まず、マレ国際空港からのスピードボートはHotelに連絡すれば予約を取って頂けます。ただ、immigrationを通過して入国し、換金やSIMカードを入手するには、１時間〜２時間かかりますので、飛行機到着時間から２時間は時間を空けてスピードボートを予約した方が良いです。マーフシ島に到着した際はHotelのスタッフが港でリヤカーを持って待っていてくれる為、非常に助かりました。 Hotelの立地は1番賑やかな方面とは逆方向にですが、海沿いでありながら非常に静かでした。 Hotelのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーで、親切な説明もして頂き、非常に良いです。部屋の状況も思っていたよりも広くて、清潔でした。一つだけ問題は、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い(今まで世界のいろいろなHotelに泊まりましたが、その中でも三本の指に入る弱さです)為、シャワーに異常に時間がかかり、あまりシャワーを浴びた気がしない感じでした。 "

"Good things. 1. 2-3mins from the beach which was lovely. 2. Staff were nice. 3. Airport shuttle (to and fro) was $20 which was really good. Bad things. 1. Bad Internet service. 2. Food was not nice. Chinese restaurant with no spices and salt. Had to eat in a nearby restaurant with very fine dining. 3. Expedia messed up with communication, so we had originally booked for half board, however, this hotel doesn't offer half board. So glad we did not get half board cos the food was not nice at all...

"When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...

"Stayed here for one night to wait for the ferry in the morning. Very low standard, the card machine was out of order so only option was cash, WIFI not working and bathroom was very unfresh. Expensive in terms of what you get."
