"The ventilation system is not working well at all . Stay for 3 nights and woke up 3 nights because of sweat . Aircon was not working . Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . "A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La. "

"Small hotel close to the bus station. Staff with virtually no English rooms clean if a bit smokey (we had to change ours on arrival) water hot but breakfast not good so don't include that one. But ...not bad for the price"
