"Location - superb, walking distance to supermart, eating places/bars/cafe, lake front park, spa etc. Room - clean, neat, bright and spacious for me. Common kitchen - utensils, mugs, microwave, fridge available for some easy meals. Fast check in and friendly and helpful staff. No issue with shared bathroom and shower as generally not many are sharing and are always available. Happy staying here."

"As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location in the centre of town. We could walk to Eat Street and all the resturants within a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. Particularly annoying if you have large baggage or prams etc with you that you will need to carry up and down. We stayed on the first floor so it wasnt really an issue for us. "Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."
