"The inn was in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very talkative and friendly. He was reachable over WhatsApp/LINE/Telegram/WeChat, and offered free pick up and drop off options at Izu Kōgen (伊豆高原) station and a few tourist spots. The stay was quiet and peaceful and I greatly enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful hosting!"

"This was the first ever hotel that I’ve stayed at while in Japan, that I didn’t hear a single car during my stay. The location was a stone throw from the ocean and surrounded by the local vegetation. When I visit the island again I’m definitely staying there a second time."

The guy who runs it is friendly and offers free drop off/pick up from the airport. The hotel has lots of character, an old and rustic kind of feel. Much like a lot of the island.
