"The location is walkable to the beach and waterfront. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and exactly what I had booked. I found it concerning that hotel doors from parking area were never securely locked. As a matter of fact the inside pushbar on the door was zip tied so it wouldn’t lock. The elevator was equipped with a room card pad to enable guests to access rooms. I Learned that this safety feature was also broken, enabling anyone to walk in through...

"From the moment we arrived Tammy greeted us and was so helpful and knowledgeable! Due to weather conditions predicted at our home we had to leave two days early. We explained our situation to Brittany and she told us what we needed to do for arrangements to get a refund for the night we had left on our reservation. The hotel was clean, perfectly situated for a beautiful view, activities, dining and shopping and we will definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was a real gem. Absolutely the cleanest hotel we have EVER stayed at. The room smelled so fresh and clean. The towels were nice and fluffy. The room was perfectly laid out and the bed slept wonderfully. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. The staff were extremely nice, friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again, no question. And definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Last night had the receptionist at the front desk been pleasant when we checked in, this review would be 5 stars. He was ultra grouchy after dealing with the guest ahead of me and her reward points. The receptionist this morning was very friendly. The property was exceptionally clean! Both visually and its aroma through out. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayedw at this property when traveling through Florida! Would stay again! Cleanliness is most important to me. "
