"Went there for a New Year's Eve party. The hotel had set up a few bars so the wait was very short, if any. The room used for the party was better suited for just about anything other than a party with ~200 adults. What little seating they had was sofas that were very low to the ground. Most in the room were standing. The opening band were much better than the headliner. "

"We loved it here! Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Gorgous views. Super quiet (we did stay in the off season). Loved the pool, bar, hottub, and proximity to the beach. We will be back. We didnt get a chance to try the complimentary bikes. Awesome that its so dog friendly , and parking close to room . "

"We went to Jekyll Island off-season and still enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was quiet, clean and had many amenities. The only issue we had was the thermostat on the ac/heater must be off. It was either extremely hot or cold."

"The front desk clerk was top notch! She had cookies and nachos for guests set out. She was fantastically pleasant and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable and at a great price. "

"From the moment we arrived Tammy greeted us and was so helpful and knowledgeable! Due to weather conditions predicted at our home we had to leave two days early. We explained our situation to Brittany and she told us what we needed to do for arrangements to get a refund for the night we had left on our reservation. The hotel was clean, perfectly situated for a beautiful view, activities, dining and shopping and we will definitely stay there again."

"The location is walkable to the beach and waterfront. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and exactly what I had booked. I found it concerning that hotel doors from parking area were never securely locked. As a matter of fact the inside pushbar on the door was zip tied so it wouldn’t lock. The elevator was equipped with a room card pad to enable guests to access rooms. I Learned that this safety feature was also broken, enabling anyone to walk in through the lobby and ride the elevator to any floor without being a paying guest of Springhill Suites. I’m surprised a property manager allows this to happen."
