"The staff were friendly. However everytime they serviced the room, they will forget something. I requested to top up shampoo a few times but it was not done. The breakfast area was very small, usually packed till have to share or wait for space. But the breakfast provided was pretty good since it was complimentary. This place is very convenient as it’s walkable to top attractions in the central. The room size is quite small for 2 double beds."

"We enjoyed our stay in New York and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was right. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would add is would be nice to have a dresser because we need to use our suitcases for other items and the room was a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It is in a great location. Right across the street is a real good place called 94 Corner Café serve the best burgers I’ve eaten perfect place for grabbing a breakfast...
