"The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies."

"The guy at the check-in counter was not friendly at all and he was the first person we got to meet when we arrived at the hotel. All else was amazing. The rest of the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. All our needs were met and the location was hard to beat. Very close to Burnham Park and some of the other sightseeing Events we had on our list."

"Overall the hotel is great and definitely a nice place in the middle of the fields. I definitely come back here. Only comment is they need to make it standard to clean and service the rooms daily. Twice during my week stay I arrive in the afternoon with my bed and bathroom looking the same when I left in the morning.
