"The staff is helpful and courteous. The bed's upholstery is torn and makes me itch possibly there are bed bugs. I have to request for toilet paper because there is none and no waste basket too. "We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how...

"標準タイプのドミトリーに泊まりました。カプセルタイプで個室感があります。 カプセル内にセーフティボックスがあるので、貴重品がしまえます。ただしセーフティボックスの鍵を借りるにはデポジットとしてパスポートを預ける必要があります。 トイレやシャワーも綺麗で清潔です。 談話ルームには水と電子レンジがあります。 バスターミナルから離れているのが難点。 近くのビーチはプライベートビーチなので入れませんでした。 私はジプニーでバリオバレットのビーチに行きました。バリオバレットの方が圧倒的に綺麗です。 最大の難点はこのホテルがXperiaを利用していないことです。 Xperiaで予約・支払いしても、ホテルは感知していません。 Xperiaに返金してもらうに時間がかかりました。 Xperiaで予約してはダメです。"

"We just want to try the beach and surrounding islands. We came in late at night the parking area is very dark. The owner was very gracious we even asked for free some sanseveiria plants. The toilet bowl is broken and very dirty. The bathroom wall and floor needs scrubbing, we are people who are kind of angry with dirty bathroom"
