"I had a great stay at Albergo Cavour. The hotel looked exactly like the photos—while it’s not the most modern place, it’s very clean and has that Italian vibe that adds to the experience. It’s within walking distance to the main city centre and most tourist spots, which made exploring really convenient. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were super easy. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something authentic and well-located!"

"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...

"The room was very comfortable and the staff and breakfast was great, but we overlooked a plaza where the bar and restaurant stayed open until 3 am. However, the real reason we rate the hotel as we do is that our room did not have a safe or a refrigerator, amenities that we have had at every hotel or B&B we have stayed in while in Sicily. "

"Be aware of the hidden extra cleaning fee on top of booking. Well appointed but a bit bland in presentation. A few cushions and some Artwork would brighten it up. Garden and Patio area is lovely and private. A bit far from the beach area, but a flat walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and Supermarket close by. Immaculately clean and excellent air conditioning. The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. The staff is very limited but were friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher is to a bar which is fine, but seconds are on you. "
