"The hotel itself is very good. We had an excellent breakfast which was reasonably priced and had plenty of choice.
The young man on reception was outstanding; friendly, helpful .... and he sorted out our TV!
The bathroom in our room was very good, super shower. We had a comfortable bed and were grateful for the air conditioning.
The only disappointment is what we can see out of the window...... "

"Dirty on entrance with debris on floor. Lift was out of service, Room smelt musty, air conditioning did a banging noise and vibration all night, room dirty and very dusty. Staff struggled their shoulders when I ask to speak to a manager and no other rooms available. Breakfast was very basic. No shampoo/body wash in shower "
"The layout and design has a feeling of a low grade holiday camp from the 60’s and compared to the price I paid for the Holiday Inn Express in Reims it is far too expensive "

"The Staff are extremely helpful and polite.
We dined in the restaurant and the food is excellent too, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful to us being limited with our ability to speak conversational French language, so I much thank him for his patience

"The hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Sky Bar is a wonderful place to spend an evening with good food and nice wine. Next time, I would definitely request a room at the front of the hotel, as the parking and unloading area at the back gets noisy very first thing with deliveries and bin lorries and we were woken up both days. "

"A hidden gem!! We broke down in Tournus due to a puncture, had to wait two days for new tyres, but managed to find this hidden gem, everything about it was amazing and could not fault it, pool, food and especially Catharine who helped us with taxis and speaking to the garage on our behalf, it certainly took away the pain of missing two days of our holiday, would and have recommended to all friends. Well done Catharine and team, you have an amaing hotel."
"We parked our motorbike outside our room on the ground floor.
Nice spacious room, but we had to run the bath tap for 10 mins to clear out the black grunge.
Bathroom was good size also.
We dined there and breakfasted.
The bill was all mixed up, I think we overpaid slightly."
