"The Devli's Punchbowl and beach access were wonderful. There are quite a few stairs to the first levels but the property is gorgeous and the views cannot be beat when there isn't fog:) My kids loved the heated pool and ability to tidepool."

"I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay there again. "
