"For an adult only hotel, it was quiet and our stay was relaxing and peaceful. Views on the ocean side are lovely! However the cleanliness of the room wasn't what I expected for a 300 plus dollar room. There was popcorn kernals under the couch and ottoman. The bathroom fan sounded like it was on its last leg and you could clearly see why. There was a good quarter inch of dust/gunk built up on the vent cover.
