To begin, our driver will pick you up from your accommodation to go to the cooking class venue, then we will go together to a local market with our mentoring chef in the neighborhoods and select the freshest ingredients for your meal. The mentoring chef will accompany and guide you from one stall to the next to find the ingredients which are required for the cooking class. The chef will help you to identify and select the best local herbs, spices, fresh fish, meats, vegetables, and fruits for completing your Javanese cooking experiment. You will discover which local ingredients can be easily found abroad, especially in an Asian grocery stores. You will then later use the ingredients that were bought in the morning market.
After your market tour, you will then come back to your cooking class venue and start preparing your dish. The class venue will take place in the Javanese house at the village with Javanese neighborhood vibes. Interact with your fellow cooks and discover handy techniques as you prepare various dishes. Then, sit down and relax for a meal and taste the delicious flavors of your creations.
After finish, our driver will drive you back to your hotel or accommodation.
