What you can expect

Power Vinyasa (open-level) 75 mins + Vegan Breakfast

Date are Sundays 16th or 23rd of June.

Class is at 8:00am , so please come 10 mins before class starts.
After the class we are providing a fabulous Vegan breakfast with local, bio and seasonal products.The location is called LaCaseddha , between San Vito dei Normanni and Brindisi.The class will be under a pine trees forest , so please feel free to bring suncream in case, comfortable clothes, also a water bottle.
The class will be in Italian , but is possible to get guide in English , teacher also demonstrate.
Class offers different options and variations from Beginners to Advance.
The class is not recommended for people with very bad injuries or pregnancy.
Participants must be over 16 years old.
The cost is 20 Euro per person.
