Your Tour Details
Your Local Chauffeur will meet you at the Picton Information Centre if you are arriving on a cruise ship into the Port of Picton. If you are travelling independently we will collect you from your accommodation or designated pick up point.
Your Delights day offers you an exclusive all inclusive wine and gourmet picnic created with local delicacies of New Zealand Salmon, local Green-lip mussel, cheeses and herbs accompanied within dips and pates, delicious salami meats and tasty crackers and more.
You will have a choice of your favourite wine style before you confirm your booking.
Sauvignon Blanc

• the famous label here in Marlborough who boast being the largest export of wine from New Zealand.
  Chardonnay
• you will find them light and less oaky mostly here and converts happen every day.
  Pinot Gris
• this can be for everyone as it is middle of the road happy style and less sweet than a Pinot Grigio (both same grape but different soils and picked at different times.
  Riesling
• Marlborough is the home of special styles from dry, medium to superb sweet that go so well on your ice'cream. You can try it.
  Pinot Noir
• Marlborough is well known for the Pinot Noir styles grown in the Southern Valley. Lighter than maybe you are used to but experience this as a new taste varietal. Wonderful with Salmon.

Your picnic venue can vary, the Wairau Plains is a perfect scenic journey no matter which direction and either a landscaped winery in the garden or botanical garden, or by the ocean (Pacific Ocean).
If the weather is a little off beat you can enjoy your experience indoors. During October through to March Marlborough surely has the highest sunshine hours.

Included is also a wine tasting stop for Methode Traditionelle (our champagne making experts) who have created a chocolate match for each of three styles you can taste.

If your booking has included Picton you may like to take in the breath-taking views overlooking
the Port of Picton, and the Queen Charlotte Sound.

For those returning to their cruise ship in Picton, you will be returned to the cruise bus shuttle at the

Picton Information Centre well in time for your departure. Those travelling on with us will be enjoying a visit to a winery or coming along
to experience Picton and the amazing high top views. You then will be returned to your designated point of accommodation in Picton or Blenheim.
