In this experience, we'll discover the nutritional, gastronomical and medicinal properties of many of the wild plants that grow in our area, during an etnobotanical walk adapted to the group's needs.
We'll continue with a cooking workshop with the collected wild ingredients (plant based and gluten free options) and a picnic (or tasting in the farm's porche) with the outcome “wild tapas”.
The activity is designed to happen in the masia of Arrels Voladores, in Alt Penedès (1h from Barcelona and Tarragona), but can be done in any rural area of Cataluña, with the transport cost of 0,35€/km.
The minimum number of participants is originally 7, but the activity can be done on a smaller group as far as the total payed price is the equivalent of the 7 participants (a slightly higher price for a cozier setting).
