More than a hike!

Led by an experienced Yoga/Meditation instructor and Inspired by the words of the revered Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, you will be guided to approach this scenic hike as a Mindfulness Meditation, quieting the noise in your head, reducing stress, and inspiring a deep inner awareness and communion with Mother Nature.

After a moderate hike through the lush healing vibes of the rainforest, we will continue our meditation surrounded by the tranquil sounds of a small waterfall. Bring your swimsuit if you'd like to take a plunge in its refreshing pool!

After the hike, we will travel to Charlestown and take a soothing dip in the Volcanic Hot Springs. Amanda will guide you through some therapeutic stretches and self-massage techniques that will help ease away any soreness from the hike.

After moderate hike through the lush rainforest, we enjoy the tranquil surroundings of a small waterfall. Bring your swimsuit if you'd like to plunge in it's refreshing pool! After the hike we take a drive through the Nevis countryside and stop for a therapeutic dip in the Charlestown Volcanic Hot Springs.
