The experience starts where our history starts: open air, among our organic vineyards, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. We'll visit cellar and we'll move to the drying loft, the place that hosts the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes for a few months a year, for the time it takes them to dry. Fabio will follow you for lunch or dinner to tell you about the 5 courses chosen in combination with 5 tasting glasses in Locanda Buglioni, the Wine Restaurant of the winery.
