Amarone, what makes this wine so unique and unmistakable? After the winery tour, we want to tell you our story through the selection of 4 vintages of Amarone Classico DOCG from the last 20 years, which have been chosen to allow you to understand how vastly different seasons can influence the vineyard and the wine. We will start by tasting the last bottled vintage and then go backwards.
Visit of the cellar from the pressing and fermentation plant to the ancient grapes drying room, to the underground cellars for aging and refinement of the great wines. At the end of the visit, you will have the tasting of the chosen wine route with a light lunch. The light lunch is a selection of cold cuts, cheeses and typical products of the area chosen according to the season, as well as to enhance the combination with the wines.
