The Fabre Family has been passionate about wine for more than 14 generations. Since 1605, the vineyards have evolved through happy alliances, always remaining close to the land and the vine, today with 5 châteaux in Languedoc.
The family maintains an intimate and respectful relationship with nature. Since 1991, organic farming has been taken for granted for Louis Fabre, a pioneer in the region.

Then we will make you discover the tasting cellar, installed in a former stable, to taste the organic wines that we make with passion throughout the year ... We will answer all the questions you have about the management of the vineyard, the wine making, the beautiful sites to visit in the surroundings or our favorite places to taste a good dish!
