Overview

As you were a bohemien, we will start the tour in an Historical Coffee Bar. Here, you will try the Bicerin, the traditional chocolate drink whose recipe was and still is consumed in these '800 century cafès.

You will then move on to one of the best chocolate shops to explore how local chocolate makers have worked fine cocoa for our happiness. Sampling a selection of traditional chocolates like Gianduiotto, Cremino and a seasonal pralines.

The chocolate tasting will continue and you will try premium dark made with fine cocoa, that is just the 10% of the whole world production. The tastings will be 100% organic and “bean to bar” products.

Then you will move on to a wine tasting: you will be led to a wine tastings of 2 iconic white and red, paired with an organic ham and cheese platter. Providing a relaxed course on drinking like a pro sommelier and understand scents behind each wine.

Come hungry, thirsty, and excited to learn new things. Get ready to explore the flavors of Turin.

Gianduitto name comes from Gianduja: made by blending finely ground hazelnuts with chocolate, typically milk chocolate, to create a smooth and indulgent treat. It's a recipe originating from Turin, the capital of Italy's Piedmont region. Gianduja has a fascinating history dating back to the 19th century when cocoa was scarce and expensive. The chocolate tasting with continue to try premium dark made with Criollo cocoa. Criollo represents only 10% of the global cocoa production.
