Overview

You will start with a chocolate experience. Try firstly Bicerin, the traditional hot cup recipe consumed in these '800 century cafés.
We will move on to explore how local chocolatiers have worked cocoa for our happiness. Sampling a selection of traditional chocolates like Gianduiotto, Cremino and Cri Cri and moving to premium dark versions made with Criollo. The food expert will talk about global sourcing issues and challenges.

You will learn about Turin and its people, the city has indeed been developing as a community of citizens from all the regions of Italy, each one bringing over their own recipes and traditions.
You will sample the Focaccia Ligure from Cinque Terre in a family shop, and experience how great olive oil plays together with a fluffy and tasty bake.
Turin and Piedmont are famous for their wines, from vineyards in the slopes of the Alps. Enjoy 2 tastings of whites and icon red paired with ham and cheese.

Piazza San Carlo (Pass by)
Pass by another beautiful square, the main attractions are the statue of Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia riding the horse and the Twin churches, masterpieces of Baroque style.
Via Giuseppe Luigi Lagrange (Pass by)
The new Salotto di Torino, one of the most visited streets in Turin.
Piazza Carlo Emanuele II (Pass by)
Cross a less touristy square where you will appreciate a monument to Camillo Benso di Cavour, all around interesting buildings frame the place.
Via Po (Pass by)
Via Po connects Piazza Castello to Piazza Vittorio. It is known for its porticoes very appreciated especially on hot and very sunny days. You will see interesting local shops.
