Workshop for Bulgarian traditional breakfast-BANITZA and other traditional meal. The guests will be able to participate and cook a delicious traditional Bulgarian meal for 40 minutes. While waiting for it to bake we will drink a glass of local wine or beer paired with traditional MEZE (appetizer) : dried meat and cheese .
