Know before you book
- Your London Pass® digital credits package includes a QR code which can be saved on your mobile or printed at home. Simply show the QR code at each attraction to redeem your credits and gain entry.
- Children 15 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- The London Pass® holds a credits value reflecting maximum gate prices (a total value of attraction entries) as well as the number of days purchased. E.g. a 1-day adult London Pass® gives you 215 GBP worth of attraction credits while a 3-day adult London Pass® gives you 430 GBP credits.
- The London Pass® is valid for consecutive days, not 24-hour periods. Credits are deducted with each attraction visit, starting with your first activity which counts as Day 1.
- The London Pass® is valid for 2 years from purchase date and only becomes active when visiting your first attraction.
- Children 4 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult, though certain attractions like the London Zoo may require a surcharge for children's admission, payable on the day that you visit.
- Advance reservations may be required for some attractions; check the included guide for more information.
- Entry to Windsor Castle using your London Pass® is strictly only available from 1pm, Thursday to Monday.
