Get picked up from your hotel and transferred to the Phuket Thai Cooking Academy, where you meet your friendly English-speaking chefs. Your lesson begins with a trip to a local market to seek out the best fresh ingredients for your upcoming meal. As you shop, learn about the diverse elements that go into Phuket cooking. If you choose the full-day option, you make a visit to the nearby waterfall, before making your way back to the school.

Upon your return to the kitchen, get started on your hands-on cooking lesson. Your experienced instructors guide you through the preparation, cooking, and plating of 5 (10 for full-day option) unique dishes. Make a delicious curry, side dishes like fried rice noodles or papaya salad, or sweet mango with coconut sticky rice. When your meal is complete, sit down to feast on your sumptuous creations. At the end of your lesson, take on a book of the recipes you just prepared, as well as a certificate of achievement from the academy.
