  • The 4- and 5-hour options include an estimated 2-hour round-trip transfer from the accommodation address provided when booking. Transfer time will vary depending on the distance from your accommodation in Prague.
  • We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour to for a larger vehicle.

From 1940 to 1945 the fortress served as a political prison of the Prague Gestapo for the opponents of Nazi regime. During the tour you will learn about the persecution of the Czech nation under the Nazi regime during the Second World War, and how dangerous it was for Czech people to stand against fascism. The sightseeing route will cover the SS guards offices, prison cells, showers, sick room, hospital and the execution site, so you will get a full image of the daily life of Terezin prisoners.
