Be prepared for an incredible morning of diving. After arriving at the diving center, fill out medical forms, and learn about safety precautions before the dive begins.
Get equipped and have a briefing about dive equipment and basic exercises. This will give you an opportunity to get familiar the activity, ask questions, and learn more about scuba diving. Your first dive is done in the swimming pool to help you get acquainted with breathing underwater with the all your equipment.
Next, board the boat to go to the dive sites and get ready for an underwater adventure. A short exploration is done under constant supervision of the dive instructor, where many reef fish can be seen. After your dive, board the boat and head back to the dive center.
People suffering from asthma or any other breathing problems, lung problem, chest disease or surgery, epilepsy, seizures or convulsions, blackout or fainting, any dive accidents or decompression sickness, recent surgical interventions (last 6 months), high blood pressure, heart disease or history of heart attack or stroke, heart surgery, ear surgery, hernia, ulcers or ulcer surgery, colostomy, any psychological problems ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RECENT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE certifying you are fit for scuba diving. Pregnant women are not allowed to scuba dive. Please note that it’s a non-exhaustive list and there may be other medical conditions which will require medical approval first.
