Activity itinerary

This experience is led by a friendly English speaking host as well as a skilled sushi master. The classroom is a classic Japanese style, located in a hidden local building in the Tsukiji market. Firstly, you'll learn about the history of sushi and proper steps making nigiri sushi and rolled type. The sushi master will teach you all you need to know, helping you step by step. Proper sushi making utensils and tableware are provided by local shops. In the tasty part, you will enjoy your sushi! While you eat your own, the sushi master will prepare another and with expertly prepared wasabi as fresh as can be.
