We'll meet in Monopoli at the first light in a free parking area, where you can leave your belongs and get ready, if your B&B is close to the old town of Monopoli you can reach the meeting point by walking and enjoy a sweet awakening. You have to bring with you a beach towel and swimsuit and depending the period and the weather eventually a jumper. Wetsuit are not included but can be provided under previous request at least a day before. We'll provide SUP and a 10L waterproof bag together with a gift for you. After a quick introduction we'll be ready to go inside the water and reach the spot not far from the coast, where will be served a lovely breakfast (will be requested day before your preferences, diets or allergies), while waiting the sun come up from the sea. After if you're practical wit SUP we'll go for a tour along the coast or a lesson will be provided by our qualified instructor which guarantee you that in 30mins you'll stay UP on board. We'll discover a lovely stretch of coast to ended up with a great and regenerative jump in the water.
