The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. Our philosophy can be explored to another level through our St Hugo 'Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in our Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both our Kitchen and Front of House team.

Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a short walk through our vineyards to our onsite Kitchen Garden. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take an informative tour and learn about the inner workings of the garden and how it’s used on our seasonal menus. You will also get the opportunity awaken your senses with the tastes and smell of seasonal produce and herbs that can be found in the garden.

Guests must be 18 years or over to participate in the experience.
