The Tour “The traditions of Schiazzano” is divided into three stages:
1st Stage: A visit to one of the ancient organic citrus groves of Massa Lubrense, where participants will reveal the secrets of the Sorrento PGI Lemon, enjoying a refreshing freshly squeezed lemonade.
2nd Stop: On board our iconic Ferrari “ape calessino”, visitors will reach the farmhouse “Il Turuziello”. Here, they will delight in tastings of typical products, including extra virgin olive oil and Provolone del Monaco DOP, accompanied by local wine and limoncello. Furthermore, they will attend the Mozzarella Making Show, an engaging demonstration on the preparation of mozzarella, followed by a tasting of fresh cheeses.
3rd Stage: A visit to an authentic local pizzeria, where the participants, guided by an expert pizza chef, will try their hand at creating traditional Neapolitan pizza, finally enjoying the delicious preparation.
This tour includes pick-up and drop-off in Via degli Aranci 24, near the japanise restaurant “Ikura Sushi”, where a driver will take you to destination.
