Have a truly authentic Sardinian experience by joining a bread-baking class with a local Italian baker. Your instructor was born into a family of bakers: his father and brother are both bakers as well, and he is excited to share his traditional knowledge with you on this 3-hour interactive experience.
Together with your instructor, you’ll discover the different types of doughs, flours, and bread shapes, and hear stories about bread in Sardinia. Learn the recipe and prepare the dough in a variety of traditional shapes, including su coccoi, a type of decorated bread.
At the end, cook the bread in the oven and when it’s ready, enjoy it as a group with some traditional cheeses and a glass of wine.
