Do you love tulips, spring flowers, cheese and windmills but prefer to avoid the crowds? Then this private half day off the beaten path tour will suite you! The Hortus Bulborum spring garden museum offers a peaceful escape. We’ll drive through the serene countryside of northern Holland, and explore quaint, picturesque villages that feel like stepping back in time. Along the way, we’ll see hidden gems, such as Graft and De Rijp, and discover the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Beemster. We’ll visit the 17th-century museum windmill responsible for reclaiming land by managing water levels and make a photo stop at the Tulip fields. The trip concludes with a visit to a unique cheese fort, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste delicious Gouda cheeses. The Tulip museum is open for the tulip museum from March 20th to May 15th.
