This tour is a delightful 3-hour journey through Kumamoto Castle Town, guided by a local expert well-versed in the history and culture of Japan and Kumamoto. The itinerary includes visits to organic food shops, Japanese sweets stores, and coffee shops. In the “Shinmachi” area, we will explore Nagasaki Jiro Shoten, Japan's second oldest bakery (the oldest in Kumamoto), and Yoshida Shouka-do, located along the historic Satsuma Road. Additionally, we will shop at Muroya, a traditional Japanese toy wholesaler, and Fukushiro-ya, a Japanese-style sake shop and bar.
