What you can expect

The Farm to Table Cooking Class in Samui offers a unique, hands-on culinary experience that connects guests with nature and local Thai culture. Located in the beautiful, tropical setting of Koh Samui, this class allows participants to explore the journey of food from farm to plate

Only fresh farm ingredients and locally grown vegetables are used to create the local dishes and herbal drinks that are yours to feast on at lunchtime at the the Buddha Raksa Organic Farm. The Farm to Table Cooking Class is a fun, local style outdoor cooking class at this organic farm in the middle of the Chiang Mai forest.

The tour includes Return Transfers from Chiang Mai city hotels. There is a farm tour prior to the cooking class for you to harvest fresh vegetables and herbs which will take approximately 50 minutes.

The one and a half hour, 100 percent natural, no chemical usage cooking class follows, consisting of Pomelo Salad, Thai Yellow Curry Noodle, Bananas Pudding and an Immune Booster Drink (Turmeric with honey and lime).

After a really enjoyable time of learning and preparing comes the time to sit down, in a very pleasant outdoor setting, to savour the dishes you just made…
