Duration: 1 hour: the private chef will guide you in the creation of two fish recipes.
Recipes: Vernazzina-style anchovy pie and another typical dish based on the catch of the day, with final tasting.
FOCACCIA & BREAD EXPERIENCE
BAKERY COURSE: with first choice ingredients under the guidance of your Private Chef you will create the best Genoese Focaccia
Duration: 1 hour: Learn how to prepare real Focaccia Genovese and Marinaro bread
IN THE END: you will taste the result and you can even take it away with you!
PASTA EXPERIENCE: Fresh pasta
THE PRIZE: at the end of the course you can take away what you have prepared.
Duration: 1 hour: Learn how Gnocchi and Corzetti are prepared with ancient tools.
THE PRIZE: You will have a Personal Chef at your disposal who will guide you step by step to make true Ligurian Fresh Pasta
PESTO EXPERIENCE, Pesto Mortar Course
Duration: 1 hour: The pesto produced will be yours. A glass of wine is also provided for “motivational” purposes.
IN THE END: the preparation of pesto according to the Genoese recipe. Every participant works with his mortar.
WINE EXPERIENCE - TASTING
Duration: 1 hour: “I Vinaccieri” tasting (5 wines)
