We depart from the Trapani fishing port around 07:00 hours After about an hour of sailing, we reach the fishing point where fishing gear is lowered into the sea. At this stage, guests will have the opportunity to participate in the work, learn the fishing technique and the captain will explain the history and tradition that distinguishes the fisherman's craft.
The fishing trip continues throughout the day, and while waiting to pick up the gear there is a tour of the Marine Protected Area to visit the most beautiful coves from the sea. You return again to the fishing site and start hauling out the gear. At this stage guests will have the opportunity to help the crew catch fish and experience all the sensations as perfect operators.
Around 1 p.m. between fishing trips, lunch is served consisting of Sicilian caponata, Trapanese cùscusu prepared at La Tramontana Ittiturismo and grilled fish, all accompanied by good wine, water and coffee.
We return to fishing and around 4 p.m. depart for the port of Trapani with return scheduled for 5 p.m.
