The Marché d’Aligre is the only market in Paris to bring together 3 different markets at the same time in 1 place. The Marché d’Aligre features a flea market, an open-air market, and a covered market. The Aligre square itself is given over to clothes and bric-a-brac stalls, selling anything from old gramophone players to odd bits of crockery.
The tour begins in the morning and over the course of 2 hours, a local guide will introduce you to the most authentic shop keepers, each of whom will spend time sharing with you their passion and of course a sample of their product.
The market tour includes wine, cheeses, and chocolate tastings.
