What you can expect

The tour begins with the departure of the selected hotels to visit some of the most important points of the city of Salvador.

Our tour will start at the Farol da Barra where we will stop to take pictures. We will continue to the Dique do Tororó, decorated with sculptures of the orixás, the African gods presented to our people by slaves from Africa. We will continue towards the Avenida do Vale de Nazaré until we reach the center of the city, passing through the port area and crossing the commercial district of Calçada, where you can see the beautiful building that houses the Railway Station, from where the trains depart to the interior of the city.

Just in front of it is the Piazza di Roma, where we have the social works of Sister Dulce (a Bahian nun whose canonization has already been requested by the Vatican); then we will continue towards the Avenida de Dendezeiros, arriving at the Bonfim hill, where we will stop to take pictures in the most famous church of Salvador due to the traditional Lavagem do Bonfim, a celebration marked by the Bahians who throw water on the steps of the temple in a feast that lasts all day.

We will pass by the Monte Serrat Fort, a place of incomparable beauty, a union of the architecture preserved since its foundation with the beautiful view of All Saints Bay. Afterwards, we will stop at the Mercado Modelo to enjoy the local handicrafts, where the sea in the background and the sound of the berimbau stop the gaze of tourists and people passing by.

The tour ends with the return of the passengers to the hotels.
