  • Some Nikko area attractions only operate seasonally; please check before you go.
  • The 2B bus departs approximately every 15 minutes. Each loop lasts approximately 23 minutes. Hours of operation are 8:20 AM–5:30 PM. The 2A bus hours of operation are 6:15 AM–6:10 PM. The 2C bus hours of operation are 6:30 AM–6:30 PM.
  • Train and bus time schedules and route maps are available on the Tobu Railway website. Please search for "Tobu Railway" to find the website.
  • Your pass is valid for a period of 2 consecutive days beginning on the date you selected when booking. Consecutive days are calendar days, not 24-hour days. Please make sure that the date you specified refers to the date when the Pass is in use, not the date for exchange.
  • Opening Hours at redemption point: 7:20 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

With your pass, hop aboard a bus and head to Toshogu Shrine, the lavish final resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the shogun who unified Japan and established the Tokugawa Shogunate. Also visit Rinnoji Temple, which was founded by the Buddhist monk who introduced Buddhism to Nikko in the 8th century, and Futarasan Shrine, dating back to the year 767.
