I will tell you about stories and legends that have characterized Ostuni over the centuries. I will make you smell the scent of the ovens wood-fired ovens, which bake focaccias and hot bread, you will taste the products of our countryside. I will tell you about our traditional Mediterranean cuisine, I will show you the typical houses up close. We will stop to observe the Aragonese walls, the fifteenth century Benedictine convent, the museum church of San Vito martyr, the majestic mid-fifteenth century co-cathedral, the famous blue door, we will reach a beautiful panoramic point from where we can admire the plain of olive trees which, with their foliage changing in the wind, reach up to the marvelous sea coast, between dunes and rocky areas.
