It's incredibly quick. It could be vastly improved if the person was speaking English, and maybe another type of bread was being made like the one with pumpkin and tomato. it's very expensive for what it is.

We watched someone make bread in a restaurant and later ate it undercooked. The other two had a guide who spoke Russian but no one really spoke to us in English. Would not recommend.
